Home Inspection InformationOne of the best ways for you to see what I cover and don't cover in a home inspection is to check out one of my Home Inspection Sample Reports. There are many sample reports on the page from Single Family Homes to Condos. Before each inspection I send an email with the following information. The Home Inspection Agreement needs to be signed at the end of the inspection and therefore I want you to be aware of what it is before we get started. I don't want to hand you a piece of paper that you haven't seen before and ask you to sign it. The Home Inspection Agreement will refer to the NACHI Standards of Practice. The Standars of Practice is a list of what is covered during the Home Inspection and what is not cover. And lastly I want you to be aware of the NACHI Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics are not as important as the Home Inspection Agreement or NACHI Standards of Practice but it is still important for you to be aware that I abide by them. If you don't want to read all 28 pages of the NACHI Standards of Practice but are still interested in what is covered, here is a short list of what is covered during an All Metro Home Inspection on the Home Inspection List page. Over the years I have used special Home Inspection Equipment to save some time and to give you the best possible Home Inspection Reports. I use a Tablet computer and special software to give you a very thorough report. If you are wondering if I do inspections where you need one done take a look at my Home Inspection Area Map page to see if I can help you. Or you can call me at 952-496-0521 for further assistance. |
